After Google reported strong Q1 earnings, people from all around the world started shooting at Comscore.

According to some calculations from alleyinsider, Youtube video monetization levels are around 1$CPM. This has been calculated on the back of revenues recognize to video producers and related video views. Although quite low, to me this proves that the monetization of online video hasn’t been cracked yet. But there is no doubt that it is going to be a vary sizeable market. Read more on alleyinsider.
