Virgin launches 200Mb broadband pilot

Interesting stuff. What can you possibly do with a 200Mb broadband connection? HDTV and 3D Games and still you have some spare for p2p. Apparently, the limitation in this context are the routers, especially the wireless ones.

This time focused on big advertisement spenders and industries in US, 2008 vs 2007 comparison, brought us by TNS Media Intelligence of WPP.

BofA needs 34bn$

Somebody please help me understanding this: BofA, capitalization 74bn$, needs to raise 34bn$ because it is apparently failing the requirements of the stress test. This would probably mean a diluiting of 50%. Yet the stock is up 7%.
